Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Boostak.Pro (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Boostak.Pro.

2. Services

Boostak.Pro provides the following digital services:

  • Game Recharge: In-game currency and item top-up for supported games, fulfilled through licensed third-party suppliers
  • Rank Boost: Professional rank boosting services for mobile games, performed by verified players

Service availability, pricing, and supported games may change at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

  • You may register via Google Sign-In or email/password
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • One account per person; duplicate accounts may be suspended
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in your selected currency (SAR, AED, KWD, BHD, OMR, QAR, EGP, or USD)
  • All prices include applicable fees; no hidden charges
  • Payment is processed securely via our payment gateway (SGate)
  • Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Tabby, Tamara, URPay
  • Payment must be completed within 24 hours of order creation; unpaid orders are automatically closed
  • Exchange rates are determined at the time of order and may differ from bank rates

5. Order Processing & Delivery

Game Recharge

  • Account verification is required before order submission to prevent errors
  • Recharge is typically delivered within 1–15 minutes after payment confirmation
  • Delivery may be delayed during game server maintenance or supplier outages
  • You will be notified of delivery status in your order history

Rank Boost

  • Estimated completion time varies by package and current game season
  • Do not log into your game account during active boost service
  • Service progress can be tracked via WhatsApp communication

6. Refund Policy

  • Full refund: If the service has not started or delivery has not been attempted
  • Full refund: If delivery fails due to our system or supplier error
  • Partial refund: Based on progress if rank boost service is in progress
  • No refund: After successful delivery confirmation (recharge credited to your account)
  • No refund: If incorrect account information was provided by the user

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours via support@boostak.pro. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Account Verification

For game recharge services, we require account verification before processing orders. This ensures:

  • The game account exists and is accessible
  • The correct server/region is selected
  • Recharge is delivered to the intended account

Verification results expire after a short period. If verification expires before payment, you will be asked to re-verify at no additional cost.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate game account information (Game ID, Server ID)
  • Ensure your game account is in good standing (not banned or restricted)
  • Do not attempt to exploit pricing errors or system vulnerabilities
  • Do not use the platform for money laundering or fraudulent activities
  • Respond to order-related communications in a timely manner

9. Prohibited Activities

  • Using stolen payment methods or engaging in payment fraud
  • Attempting to reverse legitimate payments (friendly fraud)
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers
  • Reselling services purchased on Boostak.Pro
  • Interfering with platform operations or attempting unauthorized access

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, order cancellation, and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
  • We are not liable for game publisher actions (bans, restrictions, policy changes)
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers or payment processors
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question
  • We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between order and payment time

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Boostak.Pro (design, logos, text, code) is owned by Boostak.Pro or its licensors. Game names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on the platform belong to their respective publishers and are used for identification purposes only. Boostak.Pro is not endorsed by or affiliated with any game publisher.

12. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute arising from the use of our services:

  • Contact our support team first at support@boostak.pro
  • We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 14 business days
  • Unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

13. Service Availability

We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, supplier outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service delivery. We will communicate any known disruptions through our website or WhatsApp channels.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
