By using Boostak.Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Services
Boostak.Pro provides:
- Rank boosting services for mobile games
- Game currency top-up / recharge services
All services are performed by professional players. Completion times are estimated and may vary.
3. Payment
- Prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR)
- Payment is required before service begins
- We accept bank transfers, Visa/Master cards, and e-wallet payments
- Payment confirmation is coordinated via WhatsApp
4. Refund Policy
- Full refund if service has not started
- Partial refund based on progress if service is in progress
- No refund after service completion
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours
5. Account Security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information. Boostak.Pro takes all reasonable precautions to protect your game account during service. We are not responsible for actions taken by the game publisher (bans, restrictions) as a result of using boost services.
6. User Responsibilities
- Do not log into your account during boost service
- Provide accurate contact information
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
7. Limitation of Liability
Boostak.Pro provides services on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
