  • Payment transaction references (we do not store card numbers or payment credentials)

  • Device type, browser, and operating system
  • IP address and approximate geographic location (country-level)
  • Page views and interaction analytics

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process and fulfill your orders (rank boost and game recharge)
  • Verify game accounts with suppliers before order processing
  • Communicate with you about order status via email or WhatsApp
  • Process payments through our payment gateway partner (SGate)
  • Prevent fraud and ensure platform security
  • Improve our services through anonymized usage analytics

3. Payment Data

All payment processing is handled by our third-party payment gateway, SGate. We never receive, store, or have access to your full card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials. Payment data is transmitted directly from your browser to SGate's PCI DSS-compliant servers. We only receive a transaction reference ID to link payments with orders.

4. Data Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Fulfillment partners: Game account IDs are shared with our suppliers solely to deliver ordered services (e.g., processing recharge top-ups)
  • Payment processor: Order amount and currency are shared with SGate to process payments
  • Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Data Retention

  • Account data: retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
  • Order records: retained for 2 years for dispute resolution and legal compliance
  • Game account credentials: encrypted during processing and permanently deleted after order completion
  • Analytics data: retained in anonymized form for up to 12 months
